Transport Planner
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and controlling of European bulk liquid tank container transports of the Company, coordination with international Customers
- Order placing to service providers, monitoring of the deliveries, preparing and sending documentation to customers
- Troubleshooting logistic problems encountered in loading and delivering shipments in a timely manner
- Reviewing agents costs, tracking and invoicing for payment purposes; Checking freight rates applied by carriers
- Preparing reports, updating inventories and shipment information; Requesting payments to Accounting
Qualifications:
- Education in business administration (college or equivalent training) or experience in tank container logistics
- Critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English (German or Russian languages would be an advantage)
- Careful and exact working attitude; professionalism and strong work ethic; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Sales skills in chemical transport and the existing Network of contacts in tank container industry would be an advantage
Tank container Fleet Coordinator
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and controlling of tank container Fleet of the Company, coordination with Operations
- Order placing to service providers, monitoring of the provided services,
- Troubleshooting of technical issues encountered at loading, delivery and discharges in a timely manner
- Reviewing depot estimates and invoices for payment purposes;
- Preparing reports, updating inventories and M&R information; Requesting payments to Accounting
Qualifications:
- Experience in tank container M&R
- Critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Careful and exact working attitude; professionalism and strong work ethic; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- The existing Network of contacts in tank container industry would be an advantage
